Google Pixel fans will be happy to know that these phones will be available at all major U.S. carriers for the first time in 2019. The newest releases of the Google Pixel 4 and Google Pixel 4 XL are designed with a better than ever camera and with a 90 Hz display screen. They are a bit more compact for buyers who are looking for something smaller than most other options. The Google Pixel 4 and 4 XL come equipped with machine learning and AI capabilities, and are available in both 64 GB and 128 GB storage. They are currently available for pre-order and will be available to buy on October 24, 2019.
The Google Pixel 4 and Google Pixel 4 XL made some design and technology improvements compared to its predecessor. They come with an aluminum frame and a rubberized black coating on the sides that provide an excellent grip. Along this black coating, you will find a colored power button that easily stands out among the other features. There are three different color options to choose from: Just Black, Clearly White, and Oh So Orange. It comes with Motion Sense technology that allows you to control some apps with hand gestures. The included Soli radar technology senses when you are near and about to reach for your phone so it can turn on the display for you.
Though the Google Pixel has always had excellent cameras, they are now better than ever. The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are equipped with dual cameras: an 8 MP selfie cam, and a 12.2 MP rear cam with 16 MP rear telephoto lens. The cameras provide image stabilization, and both shadow and brightness adjustments. The phone's Night Sight allows you to take incredible photos of images that do not always turn out well, such as the starry sky. All of this can be viewed on a 90 Hz display on a 5.7-inch screen. The fast charging and wireless charging capabilities can keep you capturing images for long photo sessions, and you have free unlimited storage through Google Photos.
The Google Pixel 4 and 4 XL start at $799 for the 64 GB model and $899 for the 128 GB model. This price does not have to be paid all at once, though, as there are multiple deals and plans available. T-Mobile is running a similar deal. Qualifying customers pay $0 and $33.34 per month for 24 months for the Google Pixel 4. Or, they can choose the Google Pixel 4 XL for $99.99 down and $33.34 month for 24 months. As a bonus, new and existing customers can get up to $300 off by trading in a qualifying phone. These include the iPhone 6s and newer models, the Samsung Galaxy S9 series and Galaxy Note 9, previous Google Pixel models, and more.
