The Toyota Camry has been one of the most beloved cars in America for many years, and the 2017 Camry will be no exception. With several packages and trims to choose from, you're sure to find the perfect Camry for your needs and budget. Keep reading to learn more about the top three Toyota Camry packages and trim levels for 2017, so you can find the one that's right for you!
First up, the 2017 Camry LE ($23,070 MSRP) is the base model trim, but with standard 16-inch steel wheels, heated mirrors, air conditioning, automatic headlights, keyless entry, cruise control, eight-way power driver seat, 6.1 inch Entune touchscreen interface, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, rearview camera and more, the base model is anything but basic. For just a bit more money, the 2017 Camry SE trim ($23,840 MSRP) upgrades buyers to 17-inch alloy wheels, sport-tuned suspension, leather-trimmed steering wheel with paddle shifters, a 4.2 inch driver info display (color) and sport-themed exterior and interior styling. Both the SE and the LE can be equipped with the Entune Audio Plus package, and you'll get upgraded to a 7-inch touchscreen display and a satellite and HD radio, making the Entune Audio Plus package a great deal for bargain hunters in the market for an affordable sedan with exceptional sound. A sunroof is also available as an add-on. The SE-only Special Edition trim includes the Entune Audio Plus package and throws in the sunroof as standard, as well as 18-inch wheels, keyless entry and ignition, specially-styled gauges and interior trim, Qi wireless smartphone charging and smoked taillights. Camry LE and SE trims are both available in hybrid versions.
Next on our list is the 2017 Camry XSE four-cylinder trim ($26,310 MSRP) with optional Convenience package, which drops the sunroof and wireless phone charger, but keeps the sport-tuned suspension and keyless entry and ignition, and adds 18-inch wheels, LED running lights, leather and faux suede upholstery, four-way power passenger seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, hands-free trunk opening and an auto-dimming rearview mirror, making this trim and package one of the most feature-packed of the entire lineup. A sunroof and wireless Qi smartphone charger are available on the four-cylinder XSE trim as an add-on. Upgrade to the XLE trim for comfort-suspension instead of sport-tuned and trade in the sporty exterior and interior styling for full-leather interior and more sophisticated style elements. The XLE trim is also available as a hybrid.
Finally, a Technology package is available on both the XSE and XLE trim levels, which includes a lane-departure warning system, adaptive cruise control, pre-collision warning and braking system and automatic high-beam headlight control. A rear cross-traffic alert system, blind-spot monitoring and 10-speaker JBL sound system are available as options on both XSE and XLE trims. The XLE can also be equipped with a Safety Connect emergency system.
